Rapper Aaron Carter’s home where he took his last breath has been sold after being on the market for months. As Aaron Carter did not leave any will, the cash will be put to good use, reports claimed.

American music singer and rapper Aaron Charles Carter, unfortunately, passed away on November 5, 2022, at his California home. Reports suggested that he put the house for sale before that in September for $829, 900. Carter also talked about starting a new beginning a week before he passed away. He said on Twitter: “Selling my 2nd home. Real estate has been super good to me. Ready for a new chapter in my 3rd home which I plan on staying to make a beautiful life for my family.”

Aaron Carter’s celebrity home has been sold to a “happy family”.

The 4,131sq ft mansion – which has a large swimming pool and hot tub outside was sold for $749,000 (£599k).

The seven-bedroom and four-bathroom home went to a family who was reportedly previously living in Huntington Beach, California, and made an all-cash offer.

As Aaron Carter passed away without leaving a will behind, many were worried about if his young 21-month-old son, Prince will inherit his money or not. But his family had said that they wanted Carter’s son to be the beneficiary of his dad’s assets, as the relatives ‘don’t need the money’.

The star’s Hollywood style house was re-modeled before giving it to a new family, Christie Limpus of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices shared. Aaron’s body was tragically found in a bathtub at his California home. The room has been properly renovated before selling, the housing agency has revealed.
