Aaron Carter's twin no longer speaks to their mom after 'invasion of privacy'
Earlier this year, just a few months after singer Aaron Carter sadly passed away at the age of 34, his mom Jane Schneck shared distressing pictures which caused Aaron Cater’s sister, Angel, to stop speaking to her.
Aaron Carter died in November last year in his bathtub, with the cause of death later being revealed as a drug overdose. A few months on, the music star’s mom Jane shared pictures of the scene of his death online in order to get a “real investigation” into his case, and now Aaron’s sister no longer speaks to her.

Aaron Carter’s mom shares pictures of his bathroom
Jane shared the pictures to Facebook, which showed Aaron’s bathtub filled with colored liquid as well as towels and clothing strewn across the floor. Jane insisted that she had her family’s blessing to share the pictures.
She penned: “Still trying to get a real investigation for the death of my son Aaron Carter.
“I want to share these death scene photos with you all because the coroner wrote it off as an accidental drug overdose. They never investigated it as a possible crime scene because of his addiction past.”

She went on to accuse the police of allowing people to go “in and out” of the bathroom and said that the celebrity had been receiving death threats before his untimely passing.

“A lot of potential homicide information was there for years. Aaron had a lot of death threats and many many people who were making his life miserable.”
Aaron’s fiancée Melanie Martin said she found text messages on the I Want Candy singer’s phone demanding hundreds of dollars for drugs, to which he replied that he didn’t need the unknown substance anymore. Melanie suggested that this could have something to do with Aaron’s death.
Angel Carter hasn’t spoken to her mom since
In an exclusive interview with People, Aaron Carter’s twin sister said that she hadn’t spoken to their mom since she posted the pictures to Facebook.
“It was a true invasion of privacy and something that Aaron would’ve never wanted the public to see. Aaron dying was the worst possible outcome for all of us. My brother deserves to be here.”
In the interview, Aaron Carter’s sister also heartbreakingly admitted that Aaron “wanted so badly to be happy.”
“He really fought to the end, but he just had too many problems to be fixed. He’d become this person who we no longer recognized. I don’t even think he recognized himself.”
The house in which Aaron died was recently sold
The week before he passed away, Aaron posted on X (previously Twitter) that he had sold his last home and was looking forward to moving into his new one. He wrote: “Selling my 2nd home. Real estate has been super good to me. Ready for a new chapter in my 3rd home which I plan on staying to make a beautiful life for my family.”
The 34-year-old’s 4,131 square foot home, where he died, was sold for a whopping $749,000 (£599k) to a family who lived in Huntington Beach, California. They reportedly made an all-cash offer for the seven-bedroom and four-bathroom mansion, which also has a hot tub and swimming pool outside.
